Thank you for using Collective Kit by UI Collective Inc. By downloading or purchasing this kit, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. License Overview

Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Collective Kit in unlimited personal, client, and commercial projects.

You may use Collective Kit to:

• Design websites, mobile apps, products, and internal tools

• Create design deliverables for clients

• Customize and modify components for your own use

• Share internally within your team (if on a Team License)

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the original or modified files publicly

• Use elements of the kit to create and sell UI kits, themes, design systems, or templates

• Publish components or assets to public libraries (e.g., Figma Community)

• Use any assets to train AI tools or platforms

• Use Collective Kit in any way that violates applicable laws or infringes on the intellectual property rights of third parties

We do not guarantee future updates or enhancements, and cannot be held liable for their absence.

2. Team License

If you're using the kit across a team, each designer must be covered under a Team License. Contact us at kirkland@uicollective.co for upgrades or large-team pricing.

3. Attribution

No attribution is required, but we always appreciate a credit if you share public work that includes parts of the kit.

4. Enforcement

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of Collective Kit constitutes a material breach of this license. UI Collective Inc. reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including but not limited to injunctive relief and damages, enforceable under the laws of Ontario, Canada. By accepting this license, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario for any disputes arising from this agreement. We actively monitor misuse to protect the integrity of our work and the community that supports it.

5. Updates & Support

You'll receive lifetime access to updates for the version you purchased. Support is provided on a best-effort basis via kirkland@uicollective.co.

6. Limitation of Liability

Collective Kit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UI Collective Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to the use or inability to use this product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the kit.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising from this agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario. If any provision of this agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of Collective Kit following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
